Affordable, Non-Toxic, and Demoltion Mold Removal

Our Patented Dry Fog Penetrates Deep Into Porous Surfaces to Kill Mold for Logan, UT, and Pocatello, ID Residents

Mold spores and toxins that cause health issues are a few microns in size.  They can find their way into wood studs, your woodIICRC Certified Firm office furniture, or embed themselves into your sheetrock at your home, your gym, daycare, school, or place of business. Your carpet or wallpaper in your home can trap moisture, which leads to mold growth. It is common for windows to let in moisture at the seams and for  HVAC systems and crawlspaces to accumulate enough moisture from humidity to breed hidden mold.  The interior of the walls at a medical clinic or dental office could have an undetectable leaky pipe.  The attic of a condominium could be slowly collecting moisture from a small roof leak, causing mold to infiltrate insulation, and in turn affect your health.  Mold Growth is likely to happen in every home and place of business at some point in their lifetime.

What is the common denominator in these scenarios?  It is the unfortunate problem, that if you want to eliminate or kill mold, it requires you to remove the object with the growth. There has been no real way to safely and effectively cleanse surfaces like porous sheetrock, carpet, and attics... until now.

Mold Busters Logan offers a two-step, revolutionary dry fog process that penetrates nooks and crannies the size of a micron. For the first time, you can kill mold in the most difficult places to reach, including inside your walls. When we visit your business or home, we will envelop the entire volume of space with a non-toxic sterilant fog that will seek and kill every type of mold, dangerous and “benign.”  While also killing bacteria and viruses, including the coronavirus.  The EPA has verified our two steps as non-toxic, and our second-step antimicrobial layer for 90 days of protection even after we left.  Essentially, creating a shield that provides some level of ongoing mold remediation, months after application.

The formulas we use are non-caustic and non-toxic to humans and pets.  It is so gentle on larger microorganisms, that it is FDA approved for drinking water systems and food-prep surfaces. It won’t damage fabrics and paintings, nor leave surfaces wet, nor leave a sticky residue.  No need to move furniture.  Leave all your belongings as they are. This matters, as if you have mold growth in one part of your location, you are guaranteed to have mold throughout that location. Every part of your home will receive the same beneficial cleanse as a ceiling, floor, or wall space with visible mold.  The preparations we recommend are minimal, such as taking off mattress covers, and opening doors, closets, and drawers to increase the total surface area treated.

Other approaches to mold remediation require quarantine protocols and crowbars. This attempts to herd mold spores, which is harder than herding cats.  It is expensive and nearly impossible to do without sending mold airborne to find a new home.  Our dry fog process instead silently locates and kills mold, pathogens, and viruses without disturbing them or you. The process is so effective that we guarantee our results.  You are 100% satisfied, or we fog again.

Say goodbye to mold and mold-related illnesses.  And Say goodbye to viruses, bacteria, and foul odors.  Safeguard your family and children at home and your associates at work.  Improve the air quality for a loved one, especially those who have compromised immune systems.  Remove the odor of cigarette smoke, body odor, and the smell of wood-burning stoves. Remove musty mildew and other foul odors.  The EPA says indoor air is on average five times more polluted than outdoor air.  You can now elevate your apartment or condominium’s air quality to match outdoor air. Bringing the clean smell of fresh back to your gym, back to your medical clinic, and once again to your business or home.

Whether you live in Hyrum, Laketown, North Logan, Paradise, Smithfield, Wellsville, Tremonton, or the surrounding areas, our mold experts will spend the time necessary to map out our approach for your unique situation.

Have doubts or questions? Don’t take our word for it. At Some Point, Your Home Hill Have Black Mold

You know that “old-home” smell?  That’s from Mildew and Mold; possibly Black Mold. This is not surprising, as homes and office spaces grow to 5 years, 40 years, or older, there will be black mold growth somewhere along the way.

This is an easy prediction to make, as even fresh air has a low concentration of mold looking for the right ingredients to take root and spread. Black mold rides the airwaves waiting for and looking for a place that is 1) Damp, 2) Dark and 3) has Poor Ventilation.  Ironically, what better place to find all three than building structures where we eat, work, sleep and play.

It doesn’t take as much moisture as you think.  The humidity in Southern Idaho at certain times of the year can be greater than 60%; which is enough humidity to satisfy the minimum dampness requirement for mold to grow. Add darkness (or eliminate UV light) and add poor ventilation and wallah! You get mold growth.

Flooding, hydrostatic pressure on basement walls and trapped moisture in crawl spaces and window casings can all lead to mold growth in less than 24 hours.  Roof leaks from rain and pipe leaks are the most common culprits of all. Faulty refrigerators and laundry equipment leaks and faulty dish washer installations can all produce those lovely black spots that we know and love. : )
